We use apple jelly in the glaze for roasted chicken and turkey. Yum.

Sure is quiet in here this AM.

I'm braving the crowds later to go and pick up a tree then finish the outside lights.

I heard a great version of 12 days of Christmas this morning. The group is 'Straight No Chaser' and it's the live version. Totally funny and brilliant.

I'll check in later if I can find about a gallon of coffee...

Apple is a fantastic complement to either poultry or pork.

We've had frozen roads so I took today off and finished the last of the Christmas stuff inside the house.

I've been wheelin and dealin, trying to make it so I don't have to work nights for the rest
of the month. Not that December is anything special to me but I want to be around for my
friends and loved ones. If I disappear from the board it probably means I couldn't
reschedule.
