The Mini Version of The Witches Inn

Post by Dutchess of Darkness » Wed Nov 07, 2007 1:41 am

Well here are some pictures from my Halloween Night. Like I mentioned, I was hard pressed for time cause of life issues sneaking up on me, but the humble pie I ate helped motivate me into doing something over nothing this year, so I thought this was pretty darn good considering I did the decorating, pumpkin carving and 1/2 dressing up in around 3 hours  So here are my Humble Witches Inn Pictures from 2007, and to think of what it would have looked like with everything out including the fog machine, oh man, oh well, right, eat that humble pie Dutchess  Enjoy

Well, Better then Nothing I thought. It did a lot for my spirit, and the tot'ers and parents loved it as not many decorate around these parts

Well my Halloween Spirit was intact but I was exhausted and still sick with this damn bug, just won't leave me for some reason, among my other health issues acting up big time, and a tad bummed out for several reasons. But also, playing the part of DOD I don't do huge smiles, somehow it just doesn't feel like me when I'm in that role, but usually I smile a tad. Also, being that my babies aren't very handy with the camera, lol I had to have my brand new neighbour whom I don't know at all to take the picture, was very kind of her though, she really liked my costume and decorations so she hung outside with me quite a bit that night

That totally ROCKED, Dutchess, if I didn't know better I never would've thought you had so much going on at the time.. it took some supreme dedication to put so much effort into it as you did and I loved your costume! And the tombstones, and the crows on the bench, and the Salem seminary sign, and creepy spiders (wouldn't want those over my head  ).....great job!! :D

DOD, that looked awesome!! I'd like to see your full-out effort if THAT was the last minute throw-together!!

Your costume is beautiful, love the trim on the sleeves and hood. The decorations are wonderful, I especially liked the spiders (good job playing with the phobia  ) and the witchy stuff. Your pumpkins were very good.

Hooch sends you hugs...

And just how did DOD end up as Doddy anyways?

MammaHooch, the way I see it is this: I never have anyone over so it doesn't really matter when it gets put away, its not like anyone will notice, although I do hope to have it away before hubby gets home
