For many of you back in the USA, Halloween is just cranking up...

But here in Iraq, it's nearly midnight and Samhain is almost over...

Today, I watched a variety of holiday themed shows and movies...

Earlier in the day, I was also saddened to learn that the great Sir Sean Connery had passed from this life. Farewell, Mr. Bond

And to the rest of you, my dear friends...

I hope you're having a happy Halloween...

Good luck, godspeed & semper fidelis

Despite the efforts by the powers that be, Halloween was pretty nice. I even went on a 'haunted road trip' last August. Here is a photo of the Walker Crypt, which is located in the Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake Wisconsin. Stories of hauntings and apperitions abound about that cemetery.
It is purported that if you sit or stand on top of this crypt, someone or something will push you off.

That looks like a bunker.
I guess they didn't want anyone getting out.

That cemetery and that crypt was actually featured on the tv show "A Haunting: The Television Series." That's what got me interested. I have it on DVD. I saw the DVD, and decided to make a trip there myself to check it out.
