Two police officers saw an old man staggering down the street,
stopping him they asked what his name was and where he was
coming from.
He said his name was Igor and that he was heading home from
the Monster Mash.
They could tell he had far too much to drink and should have
taken him directly to jail, but one of the officers was a big
Halloween fan so she loaded him in the car and got in the back
seat with him. The officer kept asking Igor where he lived, all
he would say as he rubbed his hump against the officers arm is,
"You're Passionate."
They drove a while longer and asked again, but again the same
response as he rubbed against her arm, "You're Passionate."
The officers were getting a little upset so they stopped the car
and said to Igor, "Look we have driven around this city for two
hours and you still haven't told us where you live!"
Igor replied, "I keep trying to tell you, you're passin it!"
