4 DVDs in the mail yesterday!

Post by Haunt Master » Thu Jan 01, 2009 3:40 pm

My grandpa forgot to tell me that my mail was here yesterday, so it was delivered from my friendly mail carrier and when I opened the box, there were 4 dvds in it! The mail man always knows that I love to chat about horror movies and haunt places. So, guess what I did get dvds???

The Evil Dead
Halloween (original)
The Howling
Dark Harvest

That one I have to watch Dark Harvest again because I wanted to remember the scenes.

Well, I really don't know which one I should see tonight because I know there are some more new horror movies coming TV on Demand. I have to click and see if any of these horror movies would apply to me. ;) Well, if nothing else I want to see on TV, then I'd probably see The Evil Dead. :D

Did you get these movies because of me?

No, not just because of you. I was very surprised that my grandpa didn't even tell me that my box was here yesterday by the mailman. He was very sorry that he didn't even tell me and please understand he's too old, hard time to remember over things. ;)

Well it's kind of weird. You got 4 horror DVD's, like me, and two of them were Halloween and Dark Harvest. Those were ones I rented two. Kind if funny huh?

Yes, that's strange.... that's funny you rented Halloween and Dark Harvest. And, I got them by the mailman. :D

So, do you like classic Halloween? Or, do you prefer Rob Zombie's?

I have not seen Rob Zombies yet. Maybe next time I go to Blockbuster. I got another gift card for Christmas. Enough for 3 movies. I decided to rent 2 comedies and one horror.

Last night I watched "SWAMP THING" from TV on Demand, and it was okay. It's like cheesy movie - not really horror.

Here's a little information about SWAMP THING. It was about the cult classic from Wes Craven is a spoof on the mad scientist invents a chemical that will turn a swamp into productive farmland. Unfortunately, he spills the formula - and turns himself into the title, you know? Swamp Thing! Swamp Monster!

But that creature FX effects/makeups don't look good, even not really scary me! :?

A pretty unoriginal, cheesy plot. What are some good ones you saw?

Let me think....

I saw "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" classic and it was good. Also, I've seen the one with remake and it was okay.
