I work so hard and all day almost EVERY day, that when I come home after a long 12 hours all I want to do is just unwind here. Catch up on what everyone is doing and saying.
And here it is, my birthday - the first day that I've had completely to myself in I don't know HOW long and I'll I'm doing is sitting in front of my computer waiting for new posts to pop up, afraid that I'll be missing something if I don't.
My place is an absolute MESS and I don't know where to begin straitening up and organizing everything. I still have to get back over to the house for the finishing touches before it's ready to sell.

AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I'm going nuts with all I have to do and WHAT am I DOING???? sitting here, waiting for new posts at Halloween.com!

I SOOOOOOOO wish i could have all of you over for my birthday. It would be the best party that I could EVER have!

And you could all help me out with my apartment!

Happy birthday, fellow Portlander! I've been in the Midwest for the last week or so visiting my family, and it's just been impossible to get into the Halloween spirit because it has been SO DAMN HOT here!!!
I am anxious to come back to Oregon where I know it will be appropriately gloomy and autumnal.

Sometimes the job is so overwhelming, I've been numbed into inaction. It takes a friend to come over and direct the unpacking. It's a strange phenomenonÃ‚Â Ã¢â‚¬â€ we can look at another person's problem and make objective, practical decisions. It's just when we have to do it ourselvesÃ¢â‚¬Â¦

So invite a friend over to help. And meanwhile, Happy Birthday!

Yeah, a party would be awesome. We could combine ours together to make an extra large bash. (My bday is tomorrow.) I'm on my way to CA as we speak without a free moment to enjoy the season in sight until at least next week at this time.

Anyways, Happy Birthday, OEJ!!! Enjoy it, and eat plenty of Jack 'o Latern cake for old times sake, eh?
