I actually liked most of what he said about Afghanistan, I didnt like the back-handed slam on the Bush Admin but I expected it. I wish it hadnt taken him 4mo to make the decision but thats Obama, he needs everyone's approval before he makes a decision.I didnt like him giving dates of military extraction, we all know the bad guys are listening so we'll have to see how that goes, hopefully he has a plan to prevent the Taliban from just waiting us out.
His far left base are probably going ape sh*t tho because he didnt flat out say he was pulling all troops home

If we're smart we'll do what the Greeks did. When the extraction date comes, pull all our
forces back but really hide them behind the hills. Leave behind a couple wooden horses.
When the Taliban comes out of hiding we attack them from within and without. Take them
out in one huge strike. What would be a good wooden horse to use on the Taliban?
