I just got back from a week long fishing trip that basically sucked...it rained almost all week. I'm so bummed...BUT...I'm home now and there will be other days as Mama always said

where did you go?

Minoqua, Wisconsin...that area...there's 100's of lakes in that area to fish. Gorgeous place and very touristy in MInoqua but it is also more 'remote' and they call it the Northwoods...a lot of tourists from Chicago go there and many have cabins and lake homes around the area lakes...gorgeous area.

as of recently i've been working really hard.. i moved right across the street from our studio though we finally found the guy we were looking for to mix our stuff

and midnite that place sounds awesome!! i've never been on a fishing trip before but i do love fishing! fresh water though.. never have had the opportunity for deep sea

It is gorgeous up there and when the weather is good even better...I saw a lot of rain and a lot of may flies...we were about 30 mins outside of Minoqua and I can tell you there are a LOT of wolves, Coyotes and who knows what else out there at night...we were pretty remote. It was fun though but I had no cell phone reception...made for a long week. Probably fished about a day and a half out of the days we were up there.

Love that area though...it is gorgeous.

I'm sure ILMM wouldn't get jealous Witchy...she knows me...she knows I'm under her spell, but would be a blast to be up there with y'all and in my boat!!

I'm not kidding when I say there are 100's of lakes around the county there...they are small but everywhere.

WOW that is so BEAUTIFUL!!!! I see nothing like that here. We have Lake Mead but it is NASTY!!!! I would love to come with you next time Midnite, you know I love you! Witchy, pack up your stuff and let's go!!! LOL That is an awesome place and I'm so glad you had a great time even though it was raining!

You'd love it...campfire's and music at night and cooking some ribs or some steaks and burgers...
