well as far as plans go, i would like to see the new Jim Carey movie "A Christmas Carol" and we ALWAYS go (a dozen times) to Fantasy In Lights at Callaway Gardens!! i love that place! it always sets off the christmas mood

we picked up our tree last night and had some friends (band mates) over for drinks, cookies (i know. that isn't the best combination but it worked), music, and decorations

That sounds like a good time and festive...I'm not quite in the holiday 'mood' yet mostly because the month of Novemeber is spent doing Birthdays for two of my kids. After Thanksgiving is when I start to get into the Xmas frame of mind.

Cookies and Drinks could be a good combo...just depends on what kind hee hee LOL

Ohhhh it's even more than that....Oct 3rd is my sons Birthday, then Halloween, then my two daughters in November, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas...I don't have a wallet any more hee hee LOL...

Some day soon you will find me in line at the soup kitchen I think...broke and penniless.

That Fantasy in Lights sounds nice!! :)
We have something like that here at the museum of art and at the zoo. Plus the circle downtown gets the monument lights turned on the Friday after Thanksgiving every year.
It's a big tradition to go to.

Ouch! I feel your pain Midnite! I don't have many birthdays right around the holidays, only one. But Christmas takes a big bite!

I got you beat Midnight, I have 11 Birthdays in Dec. including mine, it sucks!!! We celabrate 4 of them. My daughters Dec11 the other is Dec 29& mine Dec 7, my brother is Dec11 & his two children, both are over 20 years old & I don't buy for them anymore.

Adrian having friends over to help with your tree sounds wonderful!! I love to decorate for the holidays!!! I think I'll have friends over & decorate too, with Christmas music & lots of Margaritas & appitzers!!!
