only 364 days to go...*sigh*.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Hi, just like it says, my name is Paul Melniczek. Big fan of Halloween like the rest of you, of course. I'm a teacher, real estate agent, musician, and writer. I'm the author of 15 books, a number of them Halloween-themed, and over 100 short story sales, to markets like Cemetery Dance, Fangoria, Dark Realms, the Dark Side anthology series, and many others. Looking forward to posting and reading everyone's threads. ;)

Wow! I'm still having trouble trying to wrap my tongue around your last name. Love the cover to your book.

Welcome to our scary corner of the web.

Thanks. Don't worry about my last name, even I fumble over it from time to time. ;) I have signature pages coming next week, and they take a while with all the letters in my name. I'm lucky to have some great artists for my work. Here are my FB pages with links to my writing. Send me a friend request anyone!

I'm not really new here. I used to be VanHelsingStandIn, but I lost and/or forgot the passwords and other stuff. I'm getting old ya' know. Besides Kolchak is my hero and hopefully will be easier to remember.

Ahhh yes. How are things in Atlanta? Good choice of a nym. McGavin's Kolchak was always one of my favorite characters.

BTW: I know where your password is. I have it and I'll give it back to you for a half-eaten bag of M&Ms.

Atlanta is still here although with all the rain we've been getting I think its going to float away.

Since that thing up in Boston, we've been super busy too. So far we've had 11 bomb scares in our little neck of the woods alone. Other places are getting them too. Some are just idiots looking to pull a prank and the rest are people who have left a bag out while they've gone to the bathroom or something.

Can't ignore any of these because you never know when one might be the real deal. The summer around here has a bunch of races with thousands of people participating. Its going to be a total zoo all over the country as we get to the 4th of July. We already have been told all leaves are cancelled and prepared for 12 hour days. Oh joy!

So? How things been with you? LOL!
