All excellent ideas I especially would like to see a Skeletor costume

@Ancient Whitelighter, that is a good idea actually. I love the vampire scene yet I don't believe I've ever done one for Halloween. Thanks!

I'm thinking about finishing the headless zombie costume I was working on a few years ago. Use Halloween as a tryout for next year's zombie walk. Maybe REALLY scare a few kids while I'm at it.

I seem to recall posting video here a while back of me wearing the neck stump and carrying the head. I was working on a chest piece that raises my shoulders and chest a bit so that it all looks more natural. The head is awesome in that you can place your hand in it and move the mouth so it looks like its alive. My niece used it at this year's walk. Got a lot of attention.

Here's the neck stump and head. You place the stump over your head and look through holes in the torn flesh. On the head, the fake hand and arm intersects my real arm which is really inside the head.

I've got my witch costume pretty much put together. Giving hubby a break this year as he's usually the one that dresses up and passes out candy while I tend to lights and effects and all that.

I agree, it would be interesting to see someone's interpretation of that. From reading Revelation, I have gotten the impression that the Antichrist is supposed to be a political figure, so he (she? he, I think) probably wouldn't look that different from anyone else. If a person were to go for a scary, demonic-looking figure, I'm not sure how you would differentiate it from any other demon. Hmmm.

The word "Antichrist" sounds scary, but I think the point of that figure is that he is deceptive. People like him at first, until they realize what he's all about. Sort of a Hitler type, I think.

Nevermore I'm sure you'll ruffle some tailfeathers so to speak. However as long as you're doing it tastefully and not attacking people's religious beliefs I think you should be OK. At that point if someone is offended by it they're probably one of those people who get offended by Halloween in general anyway.
