Christmas Eve is pretty much for observing m y religeon. I pray the Rosary, attend Mass, light the Advent Candles and let them burn down all the way as Christmas Eve is the last day of the Advent season, and I screen the movie "The Nativity." I do prepare myself a nice dinner, and I play lots and lots of Christmas music before the screening. It's also very important, that when I get home from Christmas Eve Mass, that I light a fire in my fire place. All though I'm a little old for Santa Clause, I still like to hang up my stocking on the andiron set, like I did when I was a kid.
Then on Christmas Day I go to dinner at my brother's house. And speaking of Christmas Dinner, this year, I am going to grill myself up a Rid Eye steak in the fire place.

I love steak!
my uncle loves to cook beef jerky all the time! I love beef jerky that he made for all of our family. It's better than buying at grocery store.

I love steak too. The best steak I've ever eaten was a buffalo rib-eye. I'm a crazy person for buffalo

I've grilled steaks and hamburgers in the fire place many times before. All you have to do is let the wood burn down until it's just red hot coals, or use lump charcoal, or even regular charcoal for that matter, and then you just place a grill across the log holder in the fire place, and you grill away. Usualy for Christmas I slow roast something in the oven, but this year I decided to take it a little easier as my younger sister is preparing her scrumptious Prime Rib for Christmas Day.
But grilling in the fire place is no different then grilling on a regular barbecue. It's a great way to enjoy the great taste of grilling in the Winter time, too. I also have hot dog roasts in the living room fire place for Halloween.

After Christmas I love fire oven pizzeria! It's good! Its come with pepperoni, mozzerella cheese and rich marinara sauce.
We do buy pizzeria about 4 or 5 times a month.

Oh I'm crazy for pizzaria pizza too! There's a great place right by my house and another fantastic one about a 10 minute drive away

Nothing is better then a traditional Italian style thin crust pizziria pizza. Unfortunatelyh all of those old school family business are going the way of the proverbial dodo bird, to make way for glorified fast food franchises like Pizza Hut and Dominos. Not that I have anything against those places, but Pizza Hut can't hold a candle to Rays pizza which use to reside on 111th and Central Park, right across the street from where I shopped for my Halloween pumpkins every October.
