I bought one a few years back, a 4'-lit JOL, and it lasted one season.
I have to admit that I only bought it for the novelty and I wouldn't buy another.
If they marketed sushi as 'Halloween' I would buy it...because it has the word Halloween on it!...at least once.

Ok I changed my tune a bit on the inflatables. Just went to Garden Ridge and they had a huge inflatable cemetery entrance archway that you could use for the entrance into your yard. Get that and a few gravestones and whatnot and it would actually look pretty cool.

I'm not sure if they're in your area. They're only in certain parts of the country as far as I know. Check the website and see if there's any around you. It's an awesome store.

Aw that sucks RDM! As far as Halloween goes they're top notch. HUGE selection at a good price and they have all their stuff out by July. I buy probably 90 percent of my stuff from there.

The only store around here that has Halloween stuff out that I know of is Basketville. But they only have ceramic figures, Halloween scarecrows and other cheap decorations like that. None of the really good stuff. They also have Christmas, fall and Thanksgiving.

I do not have a Party City around here either!

This is a pretty boring area I live in. The best one near me that I know is I Party. They have some good stuff. There is a Michaels (I am not sure if that is how you spell it.) near there too. I read a lot of good stuff about that store here.

Maybe if I had kids under the age of 4 and there were loads of little ones around my block, I would consider inflatables...perhaps just for a fleeting moment.
Beyond that, no. But more power to ya if you dig'em. Do what makes you happy.

I have one of those huge black spider inflatable. I have had it for years. I live next to my kids school and it has become an expected thing. I try to do something different each year with it. This year it is going on my roof. I am draping my entire house, a two story cape cod , with spider webs and every size spider I can find. In my mind it looks cool. We'll see.
At Christmas blow-ups are everywhere and they seem overdone.
