that's a great idea if you have a bigger budget this year you could buy some costumes for the creatures and make people frames out of PVC pipe which you can get pretty cheap at home depot. The problem of course is that the costumes are expensive. I always mean to grab a bunch after Halloween on clearance and always forget.
