No, it's from c 2012, when the movie was released. I was unfamiliar with an earlier version, though I think maybe there was one. We have the DVD of 2012 Frankenweenie.

If you have a nightmare before Christmas D, V, D, it's typically one of the extra features.
It was one of tim burton's early early short films when he started off at disney.

And there's also a short stop go animation , a poem called 'Vincent'.

Also a very early Burton effort which is notable Because as a junior talent at Disney he actually got Vincent Price to narrate the film.

I do have the NBC DVD, but it's been ages since I checked the extra features. I'll have to look.
