The ghost didn't really do anything to startle you this time. Yeah, the MP3 player kept playing the same song... but maybe the ghost was trying to tell you something? It could be that the ghost just wanted, once again, to signify that it was there. I don't think it intended to freak you out because it didn't bang the doors shut this time-- the MP3 player's malfunction could be attributed to other factors, so I think the ghost was just subtly indicating its presence. It could be it likes the song... it could also be that it was signifying that its bones aren't at rest. Maybe the skeleton key was a coincidence? Maybe it wasn't....
Before you take leave of the house, you might consider speaking with the owners about the house and if they knew much about previous owners or the house's history or if they've experienced anything odd while living there.
Granted, if you ARE uncomfortable working there and don't think you could work with the ghosts being there, I do agree that you should put your notice in. It doesn't sound like you NEED that particular house. However, I'd be perfectly 100% clear in your reasons for leaving-- strange things have been happening in the house and you don't feel it's a comfortable work environment for you. The truth is always best... but I still recommend talking with the owners about the place before you resign.
