Hmmm... I guess Spooky will just have to make one and find out. I definitely don't have time. Here's video of the project. Shows it in action. More pointers in the comments section. I noticed the other day the grocery store near me sells dry ice from a machine. That would have to be way more effective.

I never tried that, but I have split stairs so I'm sure it would on mine....

the problem with that design is, if not done correctly and by using the cheaper flexible soft dryer hose, the hose collapses under the weight of the ice and if stops working, the ideal mixture is 50% ice 50% dry ice in any chiller.......I dont have room for a large trash can chiller so I went with a smaller one that works very well.

k, got my flickering light test complete, for those of you that dont know how, you can make a light flicker as if it's struggeling to stay lit by placing an fluorescent starter (F2) in line with the power plug, it looks really cool......

My plan is to get a couple of wall sconces and spooky them up and use these bulbs with this inline starter and get some spooky flickering lights

That's amazing. That's Hollywood FX quality right there. How do you get the texture like that on the bricks?

Thanks Mac and Andy,
Mac, after you grind out and sand the grout lines you spray water onto the "bricks" and wipe it with your hands to break up the beads of water, then use a heat gun (on sale now at Harbor Freight) and just hold the gun over the bricks until they start to deform and then move to another part of the brick until you get the look you like.

That's awesome Spooky! Think you can cover the whole outside of my house with that. I love the look of brick houses but we're not allowed to here.
PS: I love Harbor Freight. I have about 500 of those free flashlights.

Do you use a dremmel or some other type of rotary tool for grinding?

Mac, I use a dremel to get the lines started then I used a small wire brush to "dig" them out the the proper size and depth, the brush gives it that "tooled cement" look to the grout.
