Massachusetts, which is kind of the same.

She'll be moving to Towson, MD. Which is far far away. And she wants me to live in her house rent free to take care of my brothers. I think that sounds fair.

No, they're 17 and 19 and fully functioning. Just teenage boys probably shouldn't live alone with no supervision and total run of the house.

What a buzz-kill for your brothers, or fun for you, whichever fits the situation.

I'm actually pretty lenient, it's more because the house would likely fall into disrepair and they wouldn't be able to buy food, or pay for oil and electricity. They're better behaved than me really (and that's pretty boring). Church going boys who go voluntarily (strange, I know). And they don't want to drink or have their girlfriends overnight. But they're social and like to have people over.
