Oh yeah, I meant to tell you guys, the Brewster Yard Haunt has its pictures up from 2006, and it is awesome. Again, for whatever reason my computer isn't allowing me to cut and paste, so just Google "Brewster Yard Haunt" and you shoud find it OK.

Okay, here's one I think some of you might like. This will make a chilly night even chillier, I bet you! And actually, this is probably required reading for ghost, horror or vampire buffs.

When I was but a wee tyke in the early 70's, I was given a book that devoted a chapter to this little tale. It's a great story that may really have happened long, long ago, and it involved a creature I know as "The Croglin Grange Vampire."

Sure, love to find these things. Here's one I heard about but it took a LONG time to find it because the word "Halloween" isn't featured in the listing (although it should be!). I think this Woolworths Halloween TV spot is from 1975 or 1976. I have no idea who recorded and saved this, but this is a real treasure.

Dude! I have that "Sounds To Make You Shiver" record! Crazy!

Well, my fellow Halloweenists, I am back from a long trip to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and various parts betwixt and beyond. I meant to leave a post informing all of you that I would be abandoning my daily duties for a week or so, but now I'm back with a great holiday link for you.

While in L.A., I paid a two-day visit to Disneyland. It was a blast. Lavishly decorated for Christmas with lights, wreaths, and other holiday decorations. They renovated Space Mountain and this was the first time I'd ridden it since its revamping It was incredible! They added one of those cameras that takes your picture at some frightening moment on the ride, so as you unboard the coaster you and anybody else who cares is now privy to how awful you look while crapping your pants on a dark rollercoaster. Coolness.

And if your a Muppets fan, Disney California Adventures has the most amazing 3D Muppet movie you will ever see. Hell, it's the most amazing 3D experience you will ever have, period. My girlfriend is a huge Muppets fan, so she loved it.

Anyway, now to introduce my link. I was unaware that Disneyland's Haunted Mansion ride is totally different for Christmas. They change it to a "A Nightmare Before Christmas" theme. The basic layout of the ride is the same, but the visuals are totally different. It was almost a new ride altogether.

I saw the Muppet 3D show a while back when I went to California Adventure, and it really is very good. I also went on their virtual hang glider ride which was awesome.

I have the "Sounds To Make You Shiver" LP too, by the way. I had it as a kid and then lost it at some point, then last year I searched on "sounds make shiver" on Ebay and found a bunch of them for sale. Mine cost $5.00, and it was in pretty good shape...

It was one of my favorite records back then until I wore the grooves out...I believe my folks bought it for me at Toys R Us, along with a cool little rubber skeleton that I still have after thirty years!

Now here we have a spooky cartoon about a haunted toaster that a talking squirrel buys off Ebay.

This cartoon carries a sort of a warning sticker because the characters on the show occasionally use questionable words and such. But this cartoon's not too heavy with that stuff. You might like!

Tom, That video was great. Makes my toaster seem quite mundane.

Here is another link of some supposed ghost captured on film. It's not one where something loud happens at the end to scare you, so don't worry about that. It's kinda creepy, but can very easily be fake.

That footage is really interesting and creepy. Is it real? Who knows.

If it's a fake, it's one of the creepiest and most convincing fakes. Very nice. Most stuff I have seen can be rejected immediately. This one is better.
