found a way to get good, solid sleep at night.......Have a Kahlua and Cream (milk) before bed :)

Normally I sleep well. Although like most of you the heat causes problems. It's co uncomfortable sleeping in the heat. Gah I wish the sun would go down it's hot over here in northern california. I hope it gets cooler tonight.
