I also HATED Mary Janes! They're so nasty and I can't believe they're still around!

I will also say I didn't like 100 Grand bars either. Got too sticky for me.

Wow, That's wierd. I love Slow Pokes, Milk Duds and 100 Grand bars. I never heard of a "Mary Jane." Where I came from, the term "Mary Jane" was a nick name for a certain Illegal substance.

Yep...those black jelly beans tasted like black licorice....yuck. That and the marshmallow shaped treats I could do without.

Loved getting hard candies and sour candies...jawbreakers were my favorite. Also Charms Blow pops!!

Back in 'the day,' we had a neighbor who gave out home made popcorn balls, and they were THE BEST. I really miss those the most. I would give my eye-teeth for a good popcorn ball.

My grandpa told me he first had a popcorn ball in the year 1949. He's not really sure how long ago it was first made here before the 1940s.
