Rent a house is great, but it's up to you! A friend of mine did rent a house since 2000 for only $700 dollars! He has one floor house with one living room, one small dining room, one small kitchen, one small bedroom, and one small bathroom! Well, no garage.... only car parkway. Of course, a small backyard with fence and gate.

Sounds like cheap to me! :)

Renting would be perfect if the law for evictions could be 3 months for non, non-payment of rent situations.

the only problem I usually have with renting is the situation with the landlord can change at any time, if they decide to sell the house, you're out, if they want to raise the rent, you're out, etc.......if I could find a nice place that had the same rent for as long as I wanted to live there, that would be perfect...

I'm happy today be cause the sun it out & it's going to be 45 degrees today. by Sunday high 60 & sunny, YEAH!!!!!!! :D

You guys suck. It is a balmy 28 here, with a beautiful slate grey sky. The news predicts sun and a high of 51 on Saturday. We'll see.

I am happy today because a pain in the a$$ 6th grader got sent to alternative school today for 45 days! (Till the end of the year)
I know that sounds mean, but I have been called every name in the book and Tuesday was told to suck his______! By an 11 year old!!!

I have had enough. The rest of my school year is a piece of cake!!

Too bad the teachers aren't allowed to spank their little booties anymore like they did in the "old days". That is what the kids need now more than ever-discipline.

Anyway, what made me happy today? It's 69 degrees here with blue skies, very nice day and I'm off of work today! I got to watch a movie with no interruptions (The House of the Devil). It was lame but at least I got to watch it the whole way through. :o

Beautiful East Tennessee. It really is beautiful here.

The actual temp is 36 but there is that wonderful thing called wind chill. Winds 10mph from the west with a 30% chance of snow. Whoopeee!!!
