The sun is out!! We're between storms and the sky is blue.

It's supposed to cloud over and ruin a perfectly good weekend however.

Good luck on finding a house to rent, there are TONS of empty houses here, lots of foreclosures unfortunately. It seems that many people are moving away or combining households because of the economy.

Finding them isnt the issue, we've found lots, the problem is the area we want to stay in, the house rents are $1200 -$1500/mo, thats a lot, too much for us. So finding one in the area at the right monthly price is the challenge but I think we found one, it's small, only 3bdrms, but I think it will do for the next 6mo....

Wow, that is alot, you could get a mortgage and own it for that price. The better the area, the more pricey it gets, there are some total slums here in LV that I wouldn't live there for free! I hope you get something in your price range, have you looked on Craig's?

we've been looking for a month, never looked on Craigs, just HAR.com and a few realtor, but as long as this guy doesnt change his mind we should be okay.

Yeah some people can buy a house for that much.........I cant, but some can :)

Witchy; $1400.00 gets you 500 square feet.

Not to worry though, there is profit to be made at the expense of others, and it doesn't hurt too much when Satan takes your soul, so I've heard.
