that does make sense.. like yesterday for instance.. only a couple of hours of sleep and i got up... went to work... went to the rehearsal room.. then went to bed at 11 and NEVER felt groggy

Well...I don't know what the official snow count was from Tues to Wed here but we got around 25 inches of snow. I spent Tues night...got up at 4am and was shovelling snow almost all day and night yesterday. As soon as I got uncovered the trucks buried the end of my driveway in...had to dig it all out again.

Hate winter...ohhh technically it is still fall...Geesh.

winter is the worst time of the year.

I might have to move to San Diego if this 'snow' thing keeps up.

Adrian, you need plenty of sleep.... I usually go sleep around 4 am and get up about 1:30 pm.

Adrian, sometimes when I am really tired I can sleep for about 20-30min and then wake up and go again for hours, then other times, I go to sleep and dont wake up for hours and hours. Last night I went to bed some time after 4:30am, I put my slepping mask on (which I dont do every night) and woke up at 2:30pm. Thats very unusual for me, the mask must have caused it......

i've never used a mask before.... i don't think i can handle something touching my face!! but yea... 20 to 30 power naps can work out really well sometimes

Dude! Are you crazy!!! It's sposed to drop all the way down to 52° tonight. They're
declaring a county emergency. I'm thinking of heading to the southern hemisphere.
Maybe take in an Australian summer?

From what I hear NeverMore, Australian summers are HOT!!
But that does sound good right now, especially when the high yesterday was 19 I think? BRRRRRR!!
