Leaving for New England
So me and my wife are leaving early Thursday morning for Boston. From there we're visiting Salem and going to all the witchcraft museums and whatnot. We've also booked a Haunted Happenings cruise and a haunted tour on a trolley through town.
Saturday we drive to Keene, NH for their pumpkin festival, which holds the Guinness World Record for most lit jack o lanterns. That should be a blast.
We're also driving into Brattleboro, VT for two nights. It should be beautiful up there. We're staying a full 6 days. It's been so stressful planning it and this week has gone by sooo slow. We're just ready to go and have fun and not worry about anything. I've seriously almost gone crazy these last couple weeks.
I'm gonna take plenty of pics. I'll post a few here. Especially the ones of the pumpkin festival. If you want a postcard p.m. me your address. I'll be more than happy to send you some stuff. I'll think of all of you while I'm there!

Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Oh I am so GREEN!
I would love to go further north. I am in TN and it is pretty here, but not like I imagine New England to be this time of year.
Have a spooktacular vaca!!

Re: Leaving for New England
wow; there's a 'New' England now?
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Sounds like a hoot and a half! Travel safe; stay clear of the moors, and stick to the road. Beware the moon.
