Whipped cream is more suited for deserts IMHO. It's great on top of Pumpkin Pie or on pound cake or strawberry short cake. But in a baked potato??? That and the jalipinos I can do without.

Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

That's more like it. Sour Cream tastes great on a baked or double baked potato. Chives, butter, sour cream are my favorites for dressing up a baked potato.

Next Sunday, weather permitting, I am going to try out a Brbecued Bacon Wrapped Meat Loaf out for size on the grill. I've had some good luck keeping ground meat down, and I need the protine, bo I thought I would give a meat loaf the "old college try." Besides it will actualy be the first time I used the barbecue since last April. My diet and bypass have put a major crimp in my barbecuing.

My roomie made me mad today by griping about my Halloween decorations.
Can you believe it??!! :evil:

And all that food sounds yummy!

yes sort of, I dredge the chicken in flower, cummin, salt/pepper, powdered garlic, and onion powder then fry it, I dont use an egg wash before, I just go strait into the dredge. I dont use a lot of oil either and I fry at about 350-360 degrees. I then make a buffalo sauce out of Louisiana hot sauce and butter heated in a sauce pan then I put the sauce in a bowl and put the chicken in with it and flip it until all coated. I also salt the chicken lightly after frying

I perfer barbecue, and that pretty much stands with chicken as it does with most other entres. I use to enjoy buffalo wings, but I can't eat th em now.

As for the compalins about the Halloween decorations. tell the roomie, TOUGH MERACAS! It's your place too, and if you should take down your Halloween decor, then he shoudl take down the decor that he likes, or should change or break some bad habbit that you find anyoing.

Just my 2 cents.

Well, now I am back at school I can get on with my life!

Well, not now. First day back at school, I get a spider bite.

I am now home, with my mother freaking out, probably going to need a doctor to look at it and more than likely get a shot.

...I have the worst luck on this planet. -_-
