Favorite Scooby-Doo direct-to-video film?

Post by CannibalsOnCannabis » Tue Jul 28, 2009 10:21 am

As Hallows Eve gets closer, I consistently find myself rooting through all my Scooby direct-to-video tapes--Scooby on Zombie Island, the Reluctant Werewolf, etc. My favorite has always been the Witch's Ghost. I love the obvious King-inspired Ben Ravencroft, and I certainly love that the "monsters" are real. Also, living in New England, the setting is a plus.
Anyway, Scooby ain't just for kids, and if any of you guys are also fans, I'd love to know what flicks you enjoyed?

I purchased the original movie, Zombie Island, when it was first released. It has, and always will be, the best and my favourite. :)

zombie island was great
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

I have always liked Scooby Doo and the Witches Ghost the best but enjoy all the other ones like Zombie Island, Alien Invaders, Legend of the Vampire, Monster of Mexico, Where's my Mummy? Reluctant Werewolf, Loch-Ness Monster, CyberChase, Chill Out, Arabian Nights, Goblin King, Scooby Doo Halloween...

Also the original series from the 60's - 70's

No they don't...there are few cartoons today that I really 'watch' or get into...Scooby is still one that is easy to get into probably because the whole Mystery/Halloween/Horror theme.
