cool cool i'll be looking for it :)
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Changed my mind. I'm watching the movie 'The Midnight Hour' (1985) as recommended by Belladonna.

Oh great where did you find it?
Tell me what you thought of it. It's just a nice cool little quirky movie.

Watching Jurassic Park - Lost World right now.

Anybody else here ever have a dinosaur get loose in their town? We have.

Well... I guess NYC came close with Cloverfield but that was fiction.

Just watched "Drag Me To Hell". I liked it. You can see the hands of Sam Raimi all over it. Many an "Evil Dead" moment to gross you out and make you laugh at the same time.

I was pleasantly surprised with "Drag Me to Hell". It's what "Thinner" should have been and then some. Most Horror flicks these days stink, but this one really pulled itself out of the rut. The gross-outs are hideous and hilarious at the same time, and the creators do not back down in the end. The movie has that "we have to come up with a plan" thing that are the meat and potatoes of my favourite second acts.
BTB- I saw "Haunting in Connecticut" and personally I thought it was lackluster. I already knew of the story from books and tv and I don't think the "Hollywood" treatment did it any great service. It was an ok flick, but the tv recreation on "A Haunting" was at least as spooky. But as Levar said "Don't take my word for it. Da Dun Dun..."

Oh, and we are about to watch Trick 'R Treat.

I do want to see Haunting in Conn. too.

I am so far behind in seeing everything! Next on my list though is Trick R Treat! Today!
