When did you start? Decor

Hi everyone.
Usually I try to get my decor up 2 days before halloween or start placing uncut pumpkins at least, in the uk its unusual to have any decor it seems, but i try. This year however iam totally behind, I was wondering when do you all start to place items outside or inside? and when do you take them all down?

HI Willow, Well I had my place decorated from top to bottom by October 1st. I had to hold myself back from taking out everything in September....
