Well, all weekend I've been sick with the flu (I am coughing as I type! :? ) therefore I could not work on my Halloween decorations, I'm going to have to make up a ton of things tomorrow (If I even go.) and I just want to sleep, but this cough keeps me from falling asleep!

Today I got mad because I went to the hot dog cart outside around the corner of the street, but it was closed. So I had to go to the hot dog shop which is no good. :(

Oh no, SWINE FLU! (Psycho Theme Playing)

I didn't even go today! So I'm still sick (No, NOT WITH THE SWINE FLU) and about to lose my mind.

I got a little irked because the cafeteria in the college where I work was out of dinner rolls last Friday. I have very few choices of foods that will actualy stay down, and when they run out, it makes life a little dificult for me.

iHaunt, if your gf mom likes meatloaf, check out my post in the Halloween Recipe's board. She's sure to love it.

Thanks about the Halloween recipe. Pumpkinman! :D

BTW, today I got mad because I saw some moth worms all around in my bedroom and in the hallway crawling on the walls and on the ceilings too. So I had to put a couple of bug bombs in the house, and I had to stay outside at least 2 hours.

Now, it's all good and the bugs are GONE!!! :D

I made a variation on Swedish meatballs last night for dinner but no one ate any but me, they had all made their own dinners earlier :(

Stuffed Peppers. That's what my mom use to make,a nd they were quite good. Easy to make, too. Just get yourself a bell pepper and half a pound of ground chuck. Chop up an onion and mix into the meat just like you are doing a meat loaf. Cut the bell peper in half and clean it out. Add a quarter pound of beef to each half of the bell pepper, bake at 350 for about an hour and a half. Last 20 minutes of baking pour a canof tomato sauce over both stuffed pepers.

One for dinner, and one for the next day dinner or lunch.

How's that for a meat ball dinner??

Nothing tastier then a good double baked potato. I can do without the jalapinos, however.
