I got a 6ft spider from Party City for $99 normally $170
A Jason Voorhees animatronic from Kmart for $174 normally $250
A animated butler from Sam's Club for $74
A 400watt fogger from Target for $20 usually about $30
A 1000 watt fogger from Party City for $49 normally $69
A misting cauldron from Spirit Halloween for $19 normally $27
A 500 watt lightning machine from online for $12 hard to even find.
I also got two timer controls for the foggers $10ea usually $20 at the halloween stores

I only mention the prices because I got such good deals on the big ticket items.

I've also bought supplies for a few things like PVC candles, fog chiller, my corpse arm wall sconce, lighting, and other assorted stuff :)

Add all that to the assorted items I already have and we're almost ready to start planning

Wow! Those are some great prices! Are they having sales already, or did you find online coupons?

After peanut-butter, PVC might just be the greatest invention of all time. :D

well, Party City wasnt having a sale on the spider, they just were that much lower then everyone else.

Kmart was selling the Jason for $199 but had 20% off a few weeks ago with free shipping

Sam's Club was just selling it at $74 so I had to jump on it.

Target just had a good price on the fogger still do actually

Party City had a $10 off coupon on an already cheaper then normal 1000 watt fogger
http://partycitystores.com/optimum/

We got the cauldron at $19 and when we went back to Spirit they marked them up to $27, dont know why

The lightning machine was from some weird company I hadnt herd of before and was a killer price, the Halloween versions usually go for $20-$30. If you want the link I can give it to you.

Target still has the timer controls for $10 now as well as the $20 fogger

gotta take back the ole ground fogger tonight :( has a hole in it
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

i wish i had that kind of money to spend, but we dont...dang. but anyway i went out last night hunting and i got somethings for my coffin. llike i said earlier on another post, this year we're making a funeral parlor in the living room, and i want it to look realistic, so i bought some molding clay and a friend is making the head with that, she's very artistic...it'll will be something along the lines of what CSI does, lol. now im working on teh actual coffin. last year it was black and rough, so im painting it gold. i bought one of those tubular curtain rods for the handle, (the one the pallbearers carry it with), and those swim noodles to pad the rough edges, then i'll line it with a pretty white table cloth and i also got some gold tassles to hang from the corners. we're going to make big flower arrangemenst to put over the casket and to each side. if only i had another life size dummy to make a grieveing widow..lol....

Yeah I do it too. That way I can get a little bit creative and stretch out a little.
Going shopping tonight, I'll see what I can find!

Oh yeah, World Market is a great one!

We don't have Ross here. TJ Maxx here is cool too.
