Well, I guess I have a bit of a confession to make here. I was not going to go to "Saw 5" because I thought it was just more of the 'same old same old' of get out of the trap and you survive and not much of a story other then that. But then my local theatre had a special midnight showing of it last Friday, and it's been years since I went to a midnight movie in October, so I went and saw it, and it was not bad at all. They even brought back two of the all time 'classic' horror torture devices. The pendalum, which cut an ex drug dealer in half, and a room where the walls close in and squash the person in it.
It was pretty gory, so I would not reccomend this for the little ones, but it had a couple of pretty decent Halloween scares.

Re: SAW 5 is coming in October!
I've not yet begun seeing the fifth film, but I already saw from the first thru fourth SAW films.
I know many people are dying to get out of the trap rooms, and also, too much blood and gore! These people didn't even know they are playing the evil games.

Hey!
My cousin went and saw it over the weekend. A great movie for his gory liking... One of the best entries in the series to date, and very clever traps.
Well, I didn't get a chance to see it... but I prefer to rent when it comes to DVD!

Like I said, they had two classic torture devices in that film. All in all not a bad story. The cinematography was not bad, either.
