For spirit week at my highschoo, on day is superhero day and I need a costume. So do any of you know where I can get a cheep superhero (hopefuly supergirl) costume? $15 max. Factory regects are good. Please help me!
P.S. I have already tried Wal-mart and Target

Are there any second hand stores in your area like Value Village or something? $15 is really not very much so you might have a hard time finding something.
