Ok, go to your profile ucp.php?i=profile&mode=reg_details and click to manage your profile, you can edit your avatar there on the below.

Sorry, when you click on your profile, at the left of your profile, go click "Edit Avatar" and where you want to update your avatar image.

Hi,
You may want to see if they are too large. I think 120 by 120 is about the largest it takes. Can you check that?
