help!
i was working on my yard this weekend and i have a couple of deocrations (ones a witch and the other is a flying ghost) that are set off by sound and/or movement. my problem is that nothing, but me clapping really loud, will set them off. unless of course i go over and tap on them. any suggestions on what i could do to set them off without having to stand outside and clap. lol. i tried walking up the walkway talking and laughing (like i was a trick-or-treater) but that didn't help. i even tried screaming like i got scared (i have a skelleton we call Mr. Bones that sits by the door and says "BOO" to the kids) but that didn't work either. I was thinking that maybe once we got our sound effects CD going, it might be enough, with the thunder and all, to set em off, but im not sure it will. help please???

Check out Terror by Design's switch mats at the bottom of the page. You may be able to set it up so that as people walk by they step on the mat and set off the props.
Or they step on the mat which sets off a noise and starts the props.
Good Luck!

thanks everyone for the suggestions. i have good news...the neighbors across the street were having a "gathering" last night and their music was setting off my decorations, soooo, im thinking that playing the halloween sound effects cd (the one with thunder, slamming doors, etc) will do the trick just fine. thanks everyone!!!!
