I'm right there with you, I am a Total Halloweenaholic ..... Hi, my name is Rachel and I'm a Halloweenaholic ...... LOL I said that this year I wouldn't spend anything on Halloween, hahaha and my husband fell for it LOL I actually really like some of the stuff Michael's has. Esepcially their signs, which I need more of for my wall in my bedroom. They have also had some neat bottles and buckets in the past. Some stuff they have ischeaply made, but some of it is really nice.

Kudos on the veto. Maggots are not fun IRL. I had a couple dirty roommates in college. Maggots smell terrible... that's all I have to say on that subject.

How am I preparing? I usually start thinking of ideas in November. I spend most of the year brainstorming. Then, in summer, I check my budget and let my ideas come to fruition. At least that's how things go on years when it's my turn to pick our theme. When it's my husband's turn, I spend half the year asking him what we're going to do, and then I scramble to get things done.... at least that's how it went last year because we had a "last-minute" (more like... June or July) theme change.

Michael's has a new batch of little bottles in great colors with cute labels, witchy type stuff.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

OOOh I got a bunch of those bottles last year, I can't wait to see what they have this year!! Michael's didn't have anything like that out when I went this weekend though, where do you live? Did they have anything else out yet?
