Please oh please I want to be the undertaker!

Every mornng I would re-bury the living dead before the next sunset!!

I think that the police force should be all ghost. No hiding your evil deeds in this town, pal!

All of the street lamps should have dim lights and be slightly crooked.

Of course, there should be low-lying fog drifting every where and a chill breeze should blow at random intervals, to whirl the papery leaves around.

Where's the real estate listing? I'm moving in!

I would also add a huge town hall where they host a free Halloween Costume Ball every Friday night.. :D

Halloween Ball, in a castle..!!!

I would make sure that at the end of the town, just a half a mile out, would be a cemetery. Long gray pillars with Gargoyles on them on either side of the rusty gate.

A labrynth of tombstones and burial chambers. And one tombstone known only to us, would reveal a secret door to an underground maze which would lead to a massive room.

Oooo...I like, I like!

Perhaps the path leading to the cemetary is paved in little, coffin shaped bricks?

A gravel road just off the main road which leads to a culdesac mired in old trees and then, the path laid with coffin shaped bricks.
The dark night beckons. Bear us your soul, it whispers. Expose your wicked delights. Join the rest of us on the wind. The dark night beckons and we answer. Sailing into the shadows.

And if you dare to lift the brick up from the ground, it will tell you when they died, or if living, when they're going to die....bwoohahahaha

Local drug store consists of potions, a mad scientist, a ghoul for a cashier, and a comic book rack.
