I think they're made for both . . .Pumpkin King wrote:What are these 2 movies meant for anyways, teens or adults?
I was just curious how other people felt, I've watched Nightmare this year, but I'll wait to cast a vote til I see Corpse Bride again. My initial reaction is that Nightmare does have the better music, as someone said.

Nightmare vrs corpse bride
I love both of these movies but I guess that Nightmare before Christmas might have a bit more Halloween in it..

I'd like a write in vote for James and the Giant Peach.
JK!
I think the characters in Nightmare were more abundant, imaginative & fun. The character's lines were well thought out and perfect for each charater to say.
While Bride was more like a zombie holding a human captive, under faulse pretenses. But the animation was just as good. Just as imaginative, and it held true to the visual stylings of Tim Burton.
In either case, the characters seemed to have the same emotions and human spirit, dispite their outward appearances. Which is something I enjoyed about both movies. In Bride, the human characters were more monsterous, and the dead charaters were more human and fun.
You can't say that the performance in the cantena/bar, wasn't entertaining. I thought the song and the visual jokes were amazing. But, alas, no werewolf.
Pity, that.
