A Poem for Each Day until Halloween

I had a dream last night
It woke me from the bed
I was being attacked by toys from China
And they all wanted me dead

Thomas the train chased me
Dora filled me with dread
Barbie tried to grab me
and infuse my blood with lead

Screaming and soaked in sweat
I threw my covers to the floor
Now I'm wondering why that Barney doll
is staring at me from the door?

Did you hear it?
Did you hear that sound?
like something dragging on the ground?

There it is again
its closer than before
oh god can we bolt the door?

Was that the tapping or scratching
of something with claws?
hurry now do not pause

insistent growling now
we try to hide
in the closet is it still outside?

a huge roar tears through the night
in the closet we hear the mighty din
of the door and the creature breaking in

hiding now in our small closed space
Try not to scream or even breathe
I am sure this thing will never leave

It must be close
its odor reeks
its tongue flicks under the door as it seeks

This is it the doorknob turns
I can not cry I can not scream
OH MY GOD its my brother dressed for Halloween
Wild Winds thou shalt blow
carry away my saddened soul
tis the time of Judgement

In the darkness,
see it crouching.
In the closet,
see it slouching.
Can it see me
here in my bed,
with the covers
over my head?
Cannot sleep or
it will get me,
I can't move, and
so I can't flee.
If I watch it
I'll be all right,
Boy it's gonna
be a long night!

I went out dressed as a ghost
for our annual Halloween Bash
Draped in white robes and hooded
If only I had brought cash

While driving I noticed my car
began to sputter and slow down
I ran out of gas in a most
scary part of downtown

No cellphone signal, no way out
None of this was my plan
Nor was getting jumped and beaten
Cause I looked like a member of the klan

As I limp to the hospital I'm thinking
How glad that I'm not dead
To hell with next Halloween
I'm staying home instead

Ok another perverted song by spookyboo...does anyone know what the original song was?

Come on all of you big pumpkins
Halloween is here again
its time to get with the plan
don't want to disappoint your fan
so light your smile on the run
were gonna have a whole lot of fun

and its one, two, three
lets go door to door
Don't ask me what I am
I didn't really have a plan
and its five, six, seven
you wont believe what I ate
there aint no time to wonder why
Whoopee I think Im gonna die

Well come on trick or treaters lets move fast
our big chance has come at last
Got go out and get our fill
Theres room in my pillow case still
you got to keep going till your done
Thats the only way to have fun

and its one, two, three
lets go door to door
Don't ask me what I am
I didn't really have a plan
and its five, six, seven
you wont believe what I ate
there aint no time to wonder why
Whoopee I think Im gonna die

Well come on man dont move slow
its the best candy show
there' s plenty of scores to be made
by supplying us with the tools of the trade
if they give us chocolate it will be the bomb
will have to tell everyone on Halloween.com

and its one, two, three
lets go door to door
Don't ask me what I am
I didn't really have a plan
and its five, six, seven
you wont believe what I ate
there aint no time to wonder why
Whoopee I think Im gonna die

Well come on Mother's throught the land
pack up your kids for the candy cram
Come on fathers dont hesitate
get them dressed before its to late
Be the first one on the block
to come home with candy shock
