The Ballad of the Crimson Ghost; or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Cyclotrode X
Deep, gray and mean
The sky overhead seems
But not as dark as the figure below
Drenched in crimson red
With a face gruesome and dead
I tread where demons dare not go
And you ask
If the world is such a pit
Why do I want to rule it?
But I do, from Peru
To Transylvania
It may sound absurd
But believe every word
Is from my heart, a part
Of my megalomania
I haunt this old shack
Waiting for my attack
The fascists will tremble in fear
An atomic curtain falls
On the nations one and all
My witching hour soon draws near
And you ask
If the world is such a pit
Why do I want to rule it?
But I do, from Peru
To Transylvania
It may sound absurd
But believe every word
Is from my heart, a part
Of my megalomania
Deep, gray and mean
The sky overhead seems
But not as dark as the figure below
Drenched in crimson red
With a face gruesome and dead
I tread where demons dare not go
And you ask
If the world is such a pit
Why do I want to rule it?

O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
How you muscle out all the Halloween;
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
How you muscle out all the Halloween
The witches seem out of place
When just behind is Santa’s face.
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
The seasons seem so quickly changing!
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
Strobe lights reflect the tensile;
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
Strobe lights reflect the tensile;
Could the setting be stranger?
As ghosts fly o'er the manger.
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
The seasons seem so quickly changing!
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
Thy snow falls on the candy corn!
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
Thy snow falls on the candy corn!
The stores seem run by drunken fools,
Angels sing peace and goodwill toward ghouls.
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
The seasons seem so quickly changing!
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
Snowmen and the fog machines!
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
Orange and black, red and green!
Rubber masks stare in disbelief,
At elves adorned with holly leaves.
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
How confusing can this all be?
How you muscle out all the Halloween;
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!
How you muscle out all the Halloween
The witches seem out of place
When just behind is Santa’s face.
O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!

O Christmas Isle! O Christmas Isle!

poem
Ok...I know this was a bit of a stretch dont make to much fun of it LOL
Lyrics to My favorite things as rewritten by Spookyboo
Blood drops on pumpkins and whiskers on goblins
black iron cauldrens and warm fires burnin
little trick or treat bags tied up with string
these are a few of my favorite things
Black colored kitties and warm pumpkin tarts
Ringing doorbells collecting candy and other Halloween arts
Wild bats that fly with the moon on their wing
These are a few of my favorite things
Girls dressed like corpses with black tattered sashes
Long black witch nails and silver eyelashes
the long dead bare branches that the winter brings
these are a few of my favorite things
When the werewolf bites
when the banshee sings
when I am feeling bad
I simply think of my favorite things
and then I feel so glad

Wild Winds thou shalt blow
carry away my saddened soul
tis the time of Judgement
carry away my saddened soul
tis the time of Judgement
If Frankenstein's creature
Was more than a feature
More than a story once told
If it were alive
As declared by Clive
And it was immortal and very old
Wouldn't it be tired,
of wandering the shire?
Wouldn't it search for steady ground?
Too old to hide
Wouldn't it take its Bride,
and finally settle down?
Tying to hold down a job
Not dealing with a mob
of villagers screaming for protection
No castle or lightning
It just doesn't seem as frightening
complaining about a slow internet connection
Was more than a feature
More than a story once told
If it were alive
As declared by Clive
And it was immortal and very old

Oh Thank you Dr. Strange for the Spookyboo poem and I loved thinking of poor old frank in everyday life...Hey do you suppose he would have a 401K? ....I doubt he would retire....hehe

Poem
Dr. Strange, Dr. Strange
friendly neighborhood Dr. Strange
Writes a poem any size
knocks us dead, hear us sigh
Look out her comes Dr. Strange
friendly neighborhood Dr. Strange
Writes a poem any size
knocks us dead, hear us sigh
Look out her comes Dr. Strange
Wild Winds thou shalt blow
carry away my saddened soul
tis the time of Judgement
carry away my saddened soul
tis the time of Judgement
It's not my fault
it happened so fast
The whole world changed
when I put on that mask
Quiet and calm
I'm a timid mouse
Too scared was I
to even leave my house
All those people gone
such a tragedy
But your Honor it was the ghoul
it wasn't me
So when I'm an old man
and your judgment comes to pass
Don’t throw the switch
unless I’m wearing my mask
it happened so fast
The whole world changed
when I put on that mask
Quiet and calm
I'm a timid mouse
Too scared was I
to even leave my house
All those people gone
such a tragedy
But your Honor it was the ghoul
it wasn't me
So when I'm an old man
and your judgment comes to pass
Don’t throw the switch
unless I’m wearing my mask
Strange love, strange story
Flowers and springtime, in a setting so gory
Frozen arms and limbs, frozen in place
I was a statue when I saw her face
I heard spirits cry out, distant like a dream
My heart clenched when I heard her scream
Admission price paid to meet my spouse
I found love at the Jaycees Haunted House
Flowers and springtime, in a setting so gory
Frozen arms and limbs, frozen in place
I was a statue when I saw her face
I heard spirits cry out, distant like a dream
My heart clenched when I heard her scream
Admission price paid to meet my spouse
I found love at the Jaycees Haunted House

poem
silent so silent
must not make a sound
I hear them coming closer
crawling on the ground
still so still
I must not move an inch
if I move a muscle
they will be on me in a sinch
calm so calm
I must stay relaxed
I grip the sweaty hilt of
my fathers favorite axe
Ready so ready
I must be able to strike and run
If I fail to act
their bloody act will be done
scared so scared
my heart missed a beat
I try to stand cut my hand
and lose the footing for my feet
panicked so panicked
I know they hear me somehow
There coming there coming
no way to stop it now
resigned so resigned
I will bravely meet my fate
I know I can kill some of them
Now i can not wait
must not make a sound
I hear them coming closer
crawling on the ground
still so still
I must not move an inch
if I move a muscle
they will be on me in a sinch
calm so calm
I must stay relaxed
I grip the sweaty hilt of
my fathers favorite axe
Ready so ready
I must be able to strike and run
