Btw...Before I forget, I just read that there is serious dialogue about bringing the X-Files back. Chris Carter was interviewed and its kind of up in the air if the original cast will return. If this does happen they better do something other than the last movie they released with the pedophile priest. I really wanted to punch somebody when I found out that movie had nothing to do with the last movie and didn't do a thing to tell us what had really been going on with Mulder and Scully! That was without a doubt the worst idea in movie making in 100 years. If Carter comes out with another flop, I'm going to drive to Hollywood, get a baseball bat and break both his legs!

I've heard something about a re-boot of X-Files with the OC, too.

I saw the last movie and didn't even remember that it was about a pedophile priest. Mainly I was just surprised that Mulder & Scully were living together, no explanation about it. I would have liked to have seen more about their relationship, I think. Also--didn't they have a kid together? William? So why don't they ever talk about him?

You have to wonder what the producers were thinking when they decided to go with that premise. The last two seasons of the series were really silly and scraping the bottom of the proverbial barrel, and you're left hanging after the final episode. Toss in that it's as if the first X-Files movie had never been released, and it left me feeling as disgusted as I was when they screwed up the Highlander and Predator franchise by having totally stupid sequels. :x :x

The last X-Files movie was really just a TV episode, and not one of the better ones.

I think they could have a movie about Mulder & Scully trying to locate their kid, see what happened to him, etc.

Watching Svengoolie on my brand new super shiny HDTV antenna. Hope no birds dirty it up! While I can watch just about anything online, I never could find an active MeTV feed so I decided to plonk down some $ on an antenna. It's also nice to just turn on the TV and watch someone else's playlist. Plus local news without going online? Cool! I'm actually picking up 33 channels, though half of them are Mexican. Good thing I comprendo espanol un poco.

I'm glad to hear you found an HDTV antenna that actually works. My husband and I spent money on several of them before giving up entirely. Now if we want to watch TV, DVDs & the internet are the best ways we have to do it.

Murph...I bought this one from Target
http://www.target.com/p/ge-flat-panel-a ... tv+antenna
and it worked great, I live kind of out in the sticks (sort of) but I picked up every free channel (HD and SD) thats available in my area, I suppose it all depends on where you live but have you tried one like this. amplified?

Don't trust him Murf! He works at Target. He's just trying to move stock.

I had to do a rooftop one since it's so hilly here. An indoor would probably work if you have relatively flat terrain. Here's a handy guide for choosing one.

LOL I don't know if we did try that particular one, although we certainly tried flat panels. I think we tried to do it indoors, though, and perhaps any of them would work better outside. Then again, we live near a water tower, and some people say that interferes with the broadcast waves.

that one I posted isnt just a flat panel it's also amplified, so it boosts the signal better.,,..

We have a new, retro tv channel called Decades.

They're running complete series, in order, until May 25th.

This weekend it's the Twilight Zone!
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Saw episode 3 of Penny Dreadful tonight. They have really decided to push the envelope this year. They have upped the antty
with more whoopie and nudity. That'so not a big deal since it is an adult themed show. My problem is with some new characters that kill and disembowel infant children as part of their satanic rights. Don't like that. They show it and its kind of graphic.

Same for me! I don't mind horror shows in fact I love them. But if they get to dark then I end up turning them off. I watched Salem and at first I didn't mind it but then it just became to dark for me. Sleepy Hollow I really enjoyed, but I have to catch up on the series. I also enjoyed this past fall at the University a friend of mine and I had a premier showing for American Horror Story in this old campus building that used to have plays etc. I will show pictures of the building later. Anyways I need to catch up more on American Horror Story since I just found out that the stories are all connected and I have only seen half of Freakshow.

I found this article on the page iHorror that I use to find out about new things horror especially movie related. They recommend these 15 new horror tv shows that are on Netflix currently if your looking for something horror to watch. I figured I'd share these:

1.Salem
2.Bates Motel
3.American Horror Story 3 Seasons
4.Residue 1 season
5.Darknet 1 season
6.The Originals 1 season
7.Haven 4 seasons
8.From Dusk till Dawn the Series 1 season
9.The Returned 1 season
10.666 Park Avenue 1 season
11.Black Mirror 2 seasons
12.Helix 1 season
13.Bitten 1 season
14.Witches of East End 1 season
15.The Secret Circle 1 season

I just can't wait until next Halloween,
'Cause I've got some new ideas
that will really make them scream!
And, by God, I'm really gonna give it all my might!
