I buy off ebay/amazon fairly regularly and all I do is use my paypal account and it has never asks me for any banking info, I just click the paypal button, log in, and click pay now and BAM, all done.....unless you're talking about the banking info paypal asks you for when setting up the paypal account in the first place, in that case, duh, they need that so they know where to draw the funds off of.

Coinstar now allows you to use cash to add funds to your Paypal account. Unfortunately they want a 7% surcharge to do so. Then again, you wouldn't have to give up your checking account or card numbers. A little peace of mind, whatnot?

Got my skull USB hub. Haven't hooked it up yet cuz I'm still designing my work station. Only thing left to do is a bit more welding and grinding but don't have the heart to make that much noise on Mother's Day. Oh yeah! Happy day to all you mothers out there... that includes you Spooky.

Another thing for my wish list. Something that only a Halloween freak could love. It's a chandelier that casts tree shadows when you turn it on.

Good point. My mother is with the Lord, but that's no excuse for forgetting Mothers Day. Happy belated Mothers Day to all the moms and grandmas here on Halloween.com from the incomperable, and ever so FORGETGUL Pumpkin_Man.

I allways try to do a little something in honor of my mom on Mothers Day and for my dad on Fathers Day. They're both in the here-after now, but they were with me for many a year before the Lord called them. I usualy pray the rosary at their grave side, unfortunately I had 3 major photo shoots yesterday, and I totaly forgot about it being Mothers Day, so I am going to have to do a make-up next weekend.

Thanks Murf. The only issue is that I some times wish that I had honored them more while they were still alive, but I don't own a time machine, and I'm sure that both Mom and Dad can hear my thoughts.

No it was from Ebay and it was they who wanted your checking account number or active card. You could not complete the registration process without it.

Call them yourself and ask why you weren't required to give such personal info and others were?

The dipstick I talked to couldn't give me an answer. Maybe you'll get someone who isn't legally brain dead.

If you have an Ebay gift card, like I did, they had no reason to ask for an active card or a checking account number, duh.
