Graveyard Sign

Post by Morticia » Sat Jan 05, 2013 9:23 pm

I think I'm going to make this basically my second home made Halloween prop. I have a store bought graveyard sign for my graveyard, phoey to that. I suppose I will have to come up with a name before I do it. Seeing as how my hubby and I's nicknames are Gomez and Morticia, and 2 of my dogs are Wednesday and Pugsley, I suppose I ought to theme it around the Addams Family. I know there was a graveyard in the movie Addams Family Values. I guess I'll have to watch it and see if it had a name.

Nice!....hmmm...Addams Family Crypt???

This came from a website...there were three addresses listed for the family over the years

What is the address of the Addams Family?

In the TV series 3 different addresses are used
001 Cemetery Lane
Greenbriar

001 Cemetery Lane
Woodlawn

001 North Cemetery Drive
Greenbriar
Greenbriar and Woodlawn are areas or sub-divisions of their mythical city,
though no city or state is given.

or this?

Aside from making our cemetery fence we haven't been too adventurous about making stuff, but hope to change that this year.

That's a cool sign Morticia. Seeing as their graveyard was in their yard I don't think it had a name.

We also got an idea from the movie House of a 1000 Corpses last week. In the end where they have all the simple cross grave markers, to make a whole bunch of those and fill the rest of the yard outside of the main cemetery with those. Then shine some lights on them.
