I almost passed on by after watching it until I noticed they put a link to the site of the guy who created it. It's doable if you have some computer skills. The link to the PC version of the software is 404 but if you google for MIR_PC_2_2.zip you can find it. BTW: the Alt key opens the mouth on the PC. They even have a tutorial on their site on how to build the enclosure they used in the video.
If you don't have skillz you can buy the effects from the website. These include a setup and graphical user interface, making it more user friendly for you troglodytes who never used DOS.
