I would love to see a Trick r Treat sequel. It's difficult to come up with GOOD horror movies that deserve a sequel--so many of them have such a finality with their endings. And most of the ones that don't are worthy of having a continuation of the story anyways. This thread would be much longer if the topic was "What horror movies should have never had a sequel?"

Trick R Treat deserves one....

On the lighter side I would say another Hocus Pocus but it has been a looooooong time since that movie came out.

I think you actually could do a Trick or Treat sequel, because that as an anthology-type story, and there could certainly be more Halloweenish stories mined for a sequel.

I would like to see a new age Amity Ville Horror, but it has to have a good director and write. Not something made just for the sake of leeching money off a franchise or a name.

I also feel, that Stephen King's IT deserves to be on the real screen.

The Frightners needs a sequel as well, and as much as we all know it...

Ghost busters.

I agree, Trick r Treat deserves a good sequel.

I would love for IT to be remade. I re-read it again this past summer and given that it is so long, I actually think a mini-series would be the way to go--HBO would do it justice and they wouldn't tame it either :)

While we're on the subject of sequels--Stephen King needs to write a sequel to Salem's Lot. He kinda left an opening at the end of the original one...

C.H.U.D. already had a sequel. And it was awful.

I don't know if this qualifies as a horror movie or not, but I would like to see a sequel, or even a remake of the movie "Wizzards," which came out in 1977. I would also like to see sequals to "Total Recall," "The Running Man" "The Car," and "Race With the Devil."
