Yes. People here do that all the time. ;) We do love to eat country fried ham with dried egg on toast sandwich. People do eat late nite breakfast here. They do serve brunch too. All of us do love corn beef with green cabbage and potatoes. Also green turnips. :D

I think a lot of Scotch-Irish people settled the South way back when. That may be one reason the cuisines are similar.

Wicker Man, Pillsbury has a cherry toaster strudel with green sugar icing out right now for the holidays.

Oh man--it's holiday snack day here at work. I've been grazing on chex mix, gingerbread, chocolate almonds, various Christmas cookies and someone is bringing chips and salsa. I know I will be attacking that a little bit later :)
