I would question the seller, like if it isn't haunted why did you feel the need to tell us that. Too funny!!

Maybe not haunted but....One neighbor has a meth lab set up in his basement and pot growing nursery in his garage. The other neighbor wears Depends Diapers in public and hasn't bathed since 1975. He stays up all night playing at the highest volume, the Bay City Rollers, over and over and over...

Interesting. I would at least love to see that house, even if it's not supposedly haunted. As for the wierd neighbors, who cares??? As long as the drug guy keeps his drugs away from my property and the diaper guy does likewise, AND if it's a neat, creepy old house, I might be interested.
