My MMORPG Online Journal.

Admittedly when I played it at first straight after its release in September 2008, It was bug ridden and laggy and I was just overly annoyed. But now, I'm way into it. I found myself having ignored my Renown leveling and now at level 20 I have to catch my renown up to my regular level so there is a lot of RvR. I had already earned a medal through questing in the RvR zone which is cool because you actually see medals that you wear. Today I earned another one which was cool, its an Empire stein that I can wear on my sash. I have enjoyed T2 RvR but I am anxious to catch my Renown up to my main level so I can move on to High Pass and T3.

At level 21 I am very eager to move on into High Pass but my level 18 renown has me stuck yet in T2 RvR. I have learned hard the necessity for keeping your level and your renown level even at all times.

I have been leveling off on Warhammer a bit, which is not uncommon for me with any game. I am definitly a casual gamer. Maybe it is time to switch over to P.O.T.B.S for a spell. Sail the high seas. It doesnt help that I want also to buy DC Universe Online.

But i'll tell you. There is talk of MMORPGs focusing on switching to free to play instead of subscription based play. And I hope they do.
