Experiencing A Slow Performance

Greetings to all, I am a new member of this forum and I need some help friends. Recently I installed 'Resident Evil 2' on my Windows 10 computer. But I am experiencing a slow performance. I have no idea what the issue could be. Could anyone please help me to solve the issue?
