Another gross food: canned shrimp. Never eat them right out of the can.

I would think the brain shrimp dish would simply be a matter of arranging them. Start with an oval and go around like a shrimp ring, then fill it in. You'd probably need to remove the shells and tails first so that they would fit better. You could then brush the shrimp sauce over the arranged shrimp to create an oozing effect.

Thanks for the help! a cream cheese dip blob thing should do the trick...yep iam going to give it a try! i will post the pic! even if it does not work....that should be fun!

Here is a recipe using shrimp & cream cheese, if that's what you're looking for? Bizarre Brain Pate. If you do it in one of those plastic moulds it comes out looking pretty realistic. A good smear of tabasco/tomato sauce and it'll look nice and fresh
